What to wear for evening wear? Hi there everybody! I wanted to find a maternity dress that was summery, yet elegant, that served me well as a daywear dress as well as for eveningwear and here it is! The Mara Maternity Maxi Dress. It’s a delightfully soft, flowing, black maxi dress with the prettiest of floral designs. It really is a maternity clothes ‘must have’ in any girl’s wardrobe essentials! You really feel a celebrity ready for the red carpet!
Mara embraces femininity and versatility with comfort. I love the V crossover neck, which gives a flattering fit as well as options for nursing after the little one arrives! It has a gorgeous satin trim that follows the neckline and a satin waist inset which looks amazing in the evening at those special functions where all the eyes are on you!
Here, I couldn’t resist combining the maxi with the Calypso Bolero Cardigan, a short cropped cardi with flowing funnel sleeves, another fashion maternity favourite for me!
The explosion of tangerine, tuquoise, white and yellow in the flowers is stunning! To complete the look I chose the large Onyx Oval Ring the compliment the black base colour of this maxi dress.
So girls, for the celebrity red carpet look in maternity clothes, my recommendation has to be the Mara Maternity Maxi Dress, elegant, sophisticated, pretty and fashionably flowing!
